Built for the people who keep operations moving.
Vectiqx exists for the controllers, supervisors, schedulers and frontline operators who run the work the rest of the world depends on — and have been forced to run it on the wrong tools.
The reality of running operations today.
Seventeen tools. Six chat threads. One spreadsheet that everything depends on.
This is what we replaced.

From fragmented tools to one operating spine.
Vectiqx is the operating system that replaces the patchwork — a single intelligent spine that connects every layer of how your operation actually runs.
Frontline operators run the work the rest of the world depends on.
From a NEPTS journey at dawn to a security patrol at 3am — Vectiqx is built around the rhythm of how these operations actually run.
We watched the same problem play out in every operation we walked into.
A scheduler running 80 carers from a spreadsheet that nobody else could read. A transport controller copy-pasting between WhatsApp, Excel and a dispatch app — losing five minutes on every change. A cleaning supervisor printing photo evidence and stuffing it into ring binders because the client demanded "audit-ready" paperwork.
The pattern was always the same: brilliant operators, doing extraordinary work, on tools that were never built for them. Every regulator visit, every contract review, every payroll cycle turned into a forensic exercise.
So we built the opposite of that. One platform, designed around how the work actually happens, that produces evidence as a side-effect of doing the job — not as a separate task.
The rules we build by.
The four rules that govern every decision we make — from the smallest UI choice to the platform's overall architecture.
Clarity over complexity.
Every screen earns its place. If it doesn't help an operator make a decision faster, it doesn't ship.
Proof over promises.
Every job ends with evidence. Every claim ends with a number. The audit trail is the source of truth.
Built around the work.
The platform shapes itself around real operations — modules snapping into place around the job, not the other way round.
One spine, many layers.
A single operational spine — Core, Systems, Modules and Portals — connected, consistent and always in sync.
"Across operators previously running on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and standalone tools."
Indicative ranges, benchmarked against operators previously running on spreadsheets, WhatsApp and standalone tools.
