What counts as an active user?

Anyone who logged in or actioned a shift in the billing month. Dormant accounts are free.

Can I mix Modules across Preset Systems?

Yes. Modules are layer-agnostic. A Care operator running Vectiqx Care can still add Fleet, Tracking or Commercial.

Do Portals cost per end-user?

No. Portals are billed per Portal, not per patient, family or client. Scale them as wide as you need.

Is there an enterprise tier?

There is no Enterprise wall. Every operator gets the same Core, the same Modules and the same Portals. Volume is reflected in the per-user price, not in feature gating.

How are Preset Systems quoted?

A Preset System is a recommended Core + Modules + Portals configuration. You're billed for what's switched on — never for the wrapper itself.

What's never billed extra?

Mobile / PWA, audit trail, implementation discovery, UK support from the founding team, and all future Core releases.
